“Coming… ready or not!”

You know the feeling. You’re sponsoring new distributors, training your people, prospecting for new customers and distributors… yet, for some unknown reason, they make all the right noises, but nothing seems to actually happen. Bewildered and frustrated, you ask yourself… “how can I get them to just DO this?”

The problem is that you can’t force the outcome. They have to be ready.

If they’re not ready, you need to find out why, and whether or not you can do anything about it. But remember — there’s NO value in trying to force or trick people into saying “yes.” The old rhyme says it all…

“He who consents against his will
Is of the same opinion still.”

If it looks as if they’re NOT ready, you need to be sure this is accurate, and not just the result of fear or misperception on their part.

The real question you need to answer is this: what will get them ready?
