Declaration
of Interests
I believe it’s important,
for purposes of ethics and credibility, to declare any interests,vested or otherwise,
that I and my companies have in network marketing or party plan businesses.
Not only does
it demonstrate that we practice what we preach, but it lets you know where we stand
in respect of our vested interests in specific business opportunities, organisations
or products.
The Profit
Clinic owns Small Business Books, a publishing firm that trades with the
network marketing system internationally, and Professional Leadership Australia,
a professional training firm. None
of these businesses has any vested interest in a network marketing company or opportunity.
On the other hand,
I have personal and professional vested interests in the following companies, either
through The Profit Clinic's consulting and training divisions, or through
Income Security Australia Pty Ltd, which I own with my business partner, John
Crooks, or personally. My interests are either as a distributor or as a professional
service provider. The nature of my involvement is shown beside each company.

or concerns about my interests, or about the organisations themselves, please feel

We’ll add and
delete organisations as our interests change from time to time.
