The Ultimate Human Motive... and your final key to freedom and success!

In this last of five articles, John Counsel of The Profit Clinic MLM Success Centre explains the final stage of the Fulfilment Spiral's powerful role in retailing, sponsoring and personal development for you and your downline team.

By John Counsel

Stage eight is the natural consequence of the entire fulfilment spiral process and the starting point for you to begin making a difference in the lives of others. Just as stage four is the natural consequence of stages one through three, stage eight is the natural consequences of not just stages five through seven, but stages one through seven.

It's the ultimate expression of Fourth Generation Thinking™, Fourth Generation Business™ and Fourth Generation Selling™.

You may have heard me say this before, but I'll say it again, right now, because at this point a simple — but critically important — insight should begin to make abundant sense to you.

"You can't share what you don't have, any more than you can teach what you don't know."

To even try to share what you don't yet have for yourself means undermining your integrity and self-esteem. It's the basis of risky perspectives like "fake it 'til you make it" and "dress for success" and other ethical booby traps that damage the integrity and self esteem of hundreds of thousands of network marketers, every single day.

Let me recap briefly: having taken the leap of faith at stage 4 (it has to be faith, because you haven't yet experienced the outcome that transforms faith into certain knowledge), and provided that the Three Criteria of Fulfilment are firmly in place, when you finally land on the other side of the abyss, your momentum will carry you automatically through stages five, six and seven so that you end up at stage eight – which is the final and ultimate of the three human motives...

The unconditional desire to share how you feel about what you've just experienced.

You can only do this by guiding others through the entire Fulfilment Spiral, so that they also become products of the process and experience the same unconditional desire to share how they feel about what they've just experienced for themselves.

This eighth stage is known by many names. Some that may be familiar to you include...

The key here is "unconditional". If it's not unconditional, it's not genuine. It's a counterfeit. You haven't yet overcome your fear of loss.

In 1942 the English poet, T S Eliot (whose poems about cats were the source for Andrew Lloyd Webber's smash-hit musical "Cats") wrote a poem called "Little Gidding", about a village he encountered on a walk. In it he penned this incisive comment...

"We shall not cease from exploration,
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time."

Can you see how relevant this observation is to the entire Fulfilment Spiral?

At stage eight you are at the highest point in the landscape, able to look down at the entire process from a higher perspective... able to see the chain reaction of cause and effect that drives the whole process.

And look where you are... right above the point at which you started! You've arrived where you started, but with a crucial difference: you're at a much HIGHER point on the spiral — one from which you can see the whole reality, not just the limited, distorted perspective available from the depths of fear and despair.

Higher perspective is actually the key to everything in life. The Old Testament even suggests that it's a critical difference between God and man...

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.  (Isaiah 55)

When our perspective is accurate and reliable (which usually requires a higher vantage point from which to view the situation), it automatically transforms our thoughts, motives, attitudes, emotions, words and actions. This transformation is explored in detail in my forthcoming program "The Fulfilment Spiral".

The Key

The key to stage eight is personal control. When we realise that we've mastered a process, we can't be stopped from wanting to share the elation we feel.

And who better to share it with than those most in need of that same experience? And we're right above them!

But it can only be done from a position of strength. As the saying goes, "the poor can't enrich the poor; the sick cannot heal the sick; the ignorant can't educate the ignorant; the enslaved cannot liberate the enslaved."

I always find it enlightening to reflect that in the New testament parable of the Good Shepherd, it was the shepherd who went in search of the lost sheep... not the other 99 sheep!

Which gives us a clue to what the action is that will turn the key of personal control...

The Action

Personal completion of the Fulfilment Spiral is the action that turns this particular key. But until we're at stage eight, we're not in a position to comprehend this profound reality (higher perspective!)...

"Ours is not to understand but to do;
And in the doing comes the understanding."

We're simply not ready to understand and apply the process until we've passed through it personally.

This short exploration of The Fulfilment Spiral is designed to introduce you to the powerful, hidden concept that drives REAL network marketing — the only Fourth Generation business system ever to evolve, but which is so misunderstood and distorted by the vast majority of people trying to make it work (including company owners and management reams). I trust that this helps you to catch a glimpse of the true potential of this system for everyone involved — if only they can get past the First Generation counterfeits that sabotage them at every step of the way.
