John Counsel   PROFILE

John is an author, columnist, management and marketing consultant and trainer who specialises in small business and the direct selling industry. He is chief executive officer and founder of The Profit Clinic, The Australian Small Business Network and corporate training firm Professional Leadership Australia. He also lectures in Master of Business Administration and Master of Education programs. John is widely regarded as one of Australia's most respected authorities and advisors on network marketing, and he consults to several MLM and party plan companies at senior corporate and board level.

John has been actively involved in network marketing since the early 1980s. He was lecturing in marketing and organisational behaviour at Australia’s largest university at the time and wanted to learn more about this unique system of business. He fell in love with the principles that underpin the system and set about finding ways to help people everywhere to enjoy more success and freedom.

He has built successful networks with several MLM companies and is in the top 1% of industry achievers in Australia.
