Welcome to my Elite Team System
Thanks for your interest in my Elite Team system. This high leverage, 12-week
leadership program is limited to just FOUR new people per month, so that I
can give you my full attention and active support.
The objective of the Elite Team system is to help you reach very specific targets within narrowly-defined time frames, so that you hit the ground running, build fast (with my active support, including a range of powerful prospecting, presentation and sponsoring tools unique to my Elite Teams (and which are then available to YOUR Elite Teams – this is all about duplication), and earn excellent income, right from the start.
This is an intensive, three month program. A new intake begins each month, and only four (4) people are accepted into each team. You can apply at any time, but please be prepared to go onto a waiting list at times. The program involves weekly conference calls, personal mentoring, private e-mail discussion lists, password-protected training sites, your own personalised prospecting and sponsoring websites, a high-powered upline support system, lead generation and relationship building systems, our “Firm Friends” buddy-system and lots more.
Important — It’s essential to understand that participation in this program is by invitation only. You have to demonstrate your commitment before you’ll receive an invitation. It’s not enough to just tell me how committed you are to your own success. You have to SHOW me. Please read the questions and answers below, and study our Posture Policy.
It’s also important to understand that my Elite Teams are allied to particular network marketing opportunities. They are NOT generic. You’ll need to join a company’s distributor network as well. So if you’re already committed to (and happy with) a network marketing opportunity or organisation, this is probably not for you. Naturally, I'll be happy to reveal which companies I’ve chosen, and my reasons why, at the appropriate time.
I will tell you this much, however…
- It’s not any of the
old-style, poorly-paid stairstep breakaway, wholesale discount, binary, automatrix,
cumulative or unilevel plans.
- You can cover your own monthly
product commitment with just three people in your first level and four people in
your second level — and still earn a bonus.
- You can earn around AU$700
a month with just four people in your first level, sixteen in your
second level and a total group volume of less than AU$4,000.
- You can enjoy a downline activity rate of around 60%-80% (most companies are lucky to achieve 5% to 15%)
